Future plans:
Tubular a-arms, coil overs, Better brakes (
not sure what kind yet, working with a guy now that autocrosses who is helping
me with a plan) upgrade the fuel system and hope the block stays together. I
plan on having a 10sec pass on DR's by next year. Whatever happens though, this
will stay a street car.
Background:
I started racing the car in '95. Mods started
getting heavy in '98 when I hooked up with Shannon Renfro. He showed me my first
12 sec, 11 sec, then 10 sec time slip in the car. Also hooked me on
turbochargers in '99 when I bought this kit from him. Car was bought with 60,000
miles on it and at last count had over 176,000 on it. Been my daily driver
putting on 10,000 miles per year every step of the way.
