Magazine Blah:
Thanks for taking the time to look at my car.  This 800+ hp street machine was built by myself and my hard working and generous friends in my garage.  It has been and remains my only 4 wheeled transportation since I bought it in 1999.  It has been an incredibly long road to get the car where it is today.  It has seen 6 or 7 different engines and many more different combinations.  For the full story on the first 6 engines you can read this.  After the last engine broke in late 2002 the car sat for quite a while and I decided to get serious with the rebuild.  In its latest incarnation the car now sports a Dart block, fuel system, larger turbo, and AEM engine management system with wideband 02.  Every part on the car was chosen with 100% streetability in mind.  You won't find a C4, 4.56 geared, no swaybar, lakewood 90/10 equipped "street" Mustang here.

You can view MANY pics of the build up here.  Since the latest rebuild in September 03 I have been driving the car to work, attended an introductory road race class with it (flew off the track when a brake line broke), drag raced it, dyno tuned it up to 697 rwhp, and just had fun with it on the street.  As you can see below the car is not built for drag racing or road racing and it is very streetable.  The car is also dead quiet.  I was so amazed with how quiet it is that I have used a decibel meter to compare it to my friends car.  At idle and WOT my car is quieter than my friends heads, cam, intake, full exhaust equipped 91 GT.  At WOT you can't even hear my car going down the track over anything in the lane next to me.  My best pass to date is a 10.25 @ 141mph.

The only reason I can afford all the parts for this beast is cars are my only hobby.  I eat, sleep, and dream cars and the Arizona car scene.  It also saves an incredible of amount of money when you can do everything in your garage with the help of your friends.  Please check out my other websites: www.azmustangs.com and www.turbomustangs.com
