what is the difference in the gasketed hat and the o-ring hat...I mean, is one less likely to leak or one better than the other? Also, what is the difference in the regular hat and the Pro hat? I need one but not sure which one to choose...Thanks, Jason

Some have problems with gaskets blowing out at higher boost levels therefore the O-ring option.
The Pro hats are taller/larger than the std hat and are designed for high hp/flow applications 1200+ hp

Im interested, but what is the o-ringed vs. non o-ringed? Where exactly is the o-ring at? Most bonnets utilize a hard gasket between the bonnet and the carb. Some folks had issues with them blowing out at high boost levels so the O-ring style was developed to eliminate that. |
