I have been wanting to do something like this for a while now, and have done some searching. I have seen several solid stock block 351w stock block combo's, but the information is scattered in too many different threads. I'd like to see this all compiled into one thread, with cam/piston/rod/rod bolts/block/transmission/etc. details. So let's see those stock block 351w combos!!

Way too many "stock block 351w Turbo Combo's" to list. You would be better off searching around more.

Thats exactly the point of making this thread. They are all scattered everywhere, and I think it would be cool to have them in one spot.

Work in progress, but making some good head way. 351W - 94 roller cam block - 357ci - stock bottom end with forged pistons and ARP everything RHS200 heads - 9.5 compression - custom turbo cam - Edlebrock Super VIC EFI Accufab 4 brl TB - AEM computer with DIS ignition running LS1 coil packs and speed density Twin Garrett T3/T4 60mm turbos - BBK shorty headers - 2.5" downpipes Twin tial 38mm w.g. - 50mm tial BOV - Treadstone TT intercooler Hoping to see right at or above 600rwhp at 10psi. The twin 60's are going to be super efficient for this engine - CFM plotted out right smack dab in the middle of the compressor map. Smaller T3's on the exhaust side should give me almost instant boost/spool-up

Hi Pearl, What are the specs on your camotion cam? Is that a roller cam, hydrauliic or mechanical? WOW, stock crank and rods, that short block still has to be way stronger than a stock block 5.0 302! Turbotbirds was pushin a stock block 302 to 5.86 in the 1/8th with a modified TV7501 I beleive. I bet with Meth injeciton (ala Dman's ride) and your air to air IC, you can really get that thing haulin and be more reliable than a stock bottom end 302 pushed to the limit! Seems the meth injection (also with intercooler) allowed Dman to go over 20lbs booost on 93 octane pump gas! Hpbob

Talk to Mfield on SBZ, he's running a MPT70 which is a T4 flange on his windsor.

Car runs 5.4x on radials and 5.4x on slicks!!! We all thing the car has 5.3x with current setup and if we change to a s480 we could dip in the .20 range if not more. BTW we had 110+ passes on the motor this year before a lock busted and we dropped a valve!! So currently we have to identical motors being built at the machine shop (same as listed above) - we already had the backup parts and this roller blocks are a dime a dozen down here in texas. Don't we scared of the 351w roller blocks!! We have a few other guys down here running 5.7x or better on them (some for years) and turbostang had 300+ passes on his old motor at 700-800hp driving to the track and back with ac at 3300lbs running 5.9-6.1 - this is with stock 351w short block (crank, rods, trw pistons)
