It's really is a simple motor build, our standard stroker but with oliver billet rods, ported heads, Our custom billet turbo cams, a FAST engine management tuned by HPP, with a glide. At this race it was weighing in at 3,250lbs. Let me know what specifics you are looking for and I can get them.

Very nice, will be very happy if I can run in that neighborhood once mine is done . . . . 5.4L MMR+98mm=???  Grin
Do you run Stock-style Suspension?  Need to learn to read more carefully.

Was this at the MidSouth Street Shootout last weekend?

BTW, was that a G-Body that went 7.77@181 against your second pass in the video?  What the hell is in that thing?

Shane Stack's Orsca car.

Manny Alvarez's car is the one that did it.  There is a nitrous bottle on the car, oddly mounted under the hood.

And yes that was at Memphis.  For a non-series race there were some fast cars there.

Are you saying the G-Body was Shane Stack?  Looks like Gray or Silver in the video, I though Shane's car was still bright Red.

What are you saying Manny's car did?

Memphis is trying to make this a Must Attend race to kick-off the season.  They were paying $5K to win D/R and $10K to win Outlaw 10.5.  The cost of travelling and the fact that it didn't get scheduled and promoted until after most people had their winter's planned out.  Hopefully they will do it again next year with a bigger turn out.

Sorry, there was a silver buick with an SB2 or 2.2 motor in it there with Shane Stack.  I cant see the vid here.

Manny Alvarez is the one with the mod motor car that went 7.79.  Beautiful blue car.

Unfortunately Rich left MMP, so who knows what '09 will bring.  But that was THE FIRST event on the new surface and all in all I'd say it was working ok considering that.

The gray car is Dusty Bradford's.  It's a similar combination to Shane Stacks.  The 7.77 wasn't even showing the true potential of the car yet.  I'd guess that it's good for for 7.5s or 7.4s once it's dialed in.

LMAO,  that was a picture taken at the Autorama car show.  It was just showing off the paint work our painter did for us.  Two Thumbs Up!

Yes that was at Memphis mid south shoot out.  I heard the G-body was a small block chevy with a 106mm.

Cool.  I just remembered seeing those pics on LS1Tech.  I didnt mean to imply it did or didnt have nitrous  Two Thumbs Up!  We drooled over the car a few mins at Memphis but never got to see it with the hood off.

Nice car! I'm about done with a simular combo. How much boost you running and what rpm do you leave? I'm using an upgraded turbo 400 with a brake and trying to find the right convertor. How high you shift the motor?

It is 3550lbs and it looks like a real street car too.

Not trying to hijack this but the Regal is mine. It's a 401ci Little M Chevy with SB2.2 heads and a 106mm. This was the 1st time the car's been down a 1/4 with this set-up. 60 foot was only 1.39, 1/8 was 5.12 @ 148 on that pass. We race 1/8 so I was there to test for an upcoming race. It needs a higher gear since it's out of it's rpm range so I never turned the boost up. Just wanted to see what it would do. Raceweight was 3550# and I still drive the car on the street to the local cruise ins on the weekend.

Racing the 1/4 was fun but I was glad to get back to the 1/8 stuff. It was good to meet the HPP guys. They have a bad ass ride.

A couple pics
