I trusted him because he was a member selling turbos on this forum and he was recommended by another member.  But yes, you're right!  One look at his website and I should have backed off.  Our deal was done through email and paypal and because I waited over a month paypal wouldn't dispute it for me.
The contact info from the packing slip says:

Advanced Tuning Products
28988 Hopkins Street
Hayward CA
94545
510-445-1682

contact them direct and see if they will help you.  Tell them you got stiffed from their vendor....

already tried...left messages with no reply.  At this point, its just a loss for me. Because I waited so long for this to be resolved I tried getting the housings machined to the diameter of the fins and I hand ported the inside of the housing so the exhaust would actually make contact with the exhaust wheel because the depth was off.  I pretty much own them now!  I have it on the car, how its working compared to how it should have been working I dont know, but at this point I'm stuck with these housings and out alot of money with the original purchase and machining/porting.  Just trying to help out others now!

Well thank you for thinking of others,  it sucks that you got screwed.  Hopefully when others do a search to see if he is legit, they will come across this thread.
