Now this would be an awesome truck to tow my mustang with, but that would be strange having my tow truck be faster than the car its towing.LOL, nice truck.

svojohn ,      have you had it on the Dyno ?   Calculators are saying almost 1100hp .

I hate using dyno's because I have terrible luck with them.  At first we did put the truck on the dyno to help dial in the tune but unfortunately for us the engine spun a rod bearing and wiped out the mains.  The truck never went WOT on the dyno.  If I remember correctly the truck put down 426 hp and 750 tq during a part throttle pull.  Than the rod bearing let go.  The video link above is with new rods and a crankshaft.

How much boost are you leaving on?

Currently the truck is setup with the least amount of boost we can get and with the most lag possible.  We'll bring the boost in sooner and turn it up once I get the tune dialed in better.  In the video link above, he's launching off the foot brake around 2500 RPM and 0 boost.  According to the data log we're seeing 13 psi in 1st gear, 18 psi in 2nd gear and 22 psi in 3rd gear.

I read this thread a while back. Impressive.  Two Thumbs Up!  Could you share some details on the engine build?  (Pistons, heads, compression, exhaust manifolds/headers, etc.)

Here's another video of the truck from earlier today at another test-n-tune day.  Had trouble with the BS3 data logging so no tuning changes were made.
