Just as the title states which would work better on a built (heads, cams, fuel system) 2v mod motor car with a c4. I can get the t4 88 for about a grand less than the 380r. Seller states the 88 has a .81 hot side? Thanks for any opinions.

IF its a true 88, like a PT88, it will flat stomp a 80mm T4 framed BW. Downside is lag.....88 will have more lag for sure. Never heard of a .81A/R though.

Im hoping to make 800+ through the c4. More than anything I want to go 150mph in the car full weight minus the obvious stuff (a/c, k member). I really think im going to need a larger exhaust housing to do it but im going to give it a shot with the one it comes with. At this point I just dont have the funds to drop almost 2k on a turbo when I still needed a few odds and ends like wastegate, boost controller, and even bigger injectors. Any input? Thanks!
