Hi my 440 has 9-1 comp with iron 906 heads that have been ported with 2.14 1.81 valves. The shortblock is forged crank 6pack rods and forged trw pistons, the cam is hyd comp xtreme 240/246 507/510 on a 110. Im in the process of going turbo my plans are a b/w s480 I will build the headers being new to this what bov and wastegate would be recommended? Will i get by on pump gas or should i just go e85? I plan on keeping boost around 10lbs. Its a blow thru setup so if i go e85 i was told i wouldnt need a intercooler also. This is a streetcar 69 roadrunner any guesses on how much power it may make?

W/G - 60mm. JGS is a sponsor here and makes a really nice one.

BOV - whatever tickles your fancy. I would stay away from Chinese stuff, but other people wouldn't.

How will you pull timing? What does your fuel system look like? You should be able to do this on pump gas. I would do an intercooler - there's really no reason not to (esp with all the real estate in a RR up front).

What size gears / tires are you running out back?

906s on 10 psi....I could see 700 FWHP being a realistic goal. Be sure and address the heat riser crossover ports.

I'd use an intercooler with pump gas and iron heads. Cam might be okay, might be better with a 112-114 lsa. I had good luck with the cheap w.g., but can't say i'd sell one to somebody.

I have a jgs 50mm wastegate and a tial 50mm bov. Building tubular headers 1 7/8" primaries 3"collectors. CandS is building the carb. For fuel I have product engineering pump and magnafuel regulator. I already have 1/2" line will it be enough? I plan on just locking the timing in. I have msd 6al ign. The heat risers are blocked by the gasket and m1 single plane intake. At this time the car has 4.10 gears but plans are to put in 3.55. The car ran 7.9 at my local 1/8 mile track hoping to improve on that some with a lil boost!
