And the internet allows for more people to be exposed to scammers. Though most of the scammers I experienced were long before I really got on the internet for things regarding this "hobby"

WOW things have gone downhill. Sucks to all that got screwed. I knew Brad and he was a nice guy. Glad I never sent any projects down there. Looks like the house and the warehouse are history so I can't provide any meaningful info on finding him anymore. I think Adam got his car back over the summer.

He did my car perfect. He picked it up on a sunday and dropped it off Finished the next monday. Took 8 days. How much faster should he work. And he charged me $800 to do it installed plus like $200 to pick it up and drop it off on a trailer. Had to drive up about 4-5 hours each way plus fuel for $200 I would not ever bother trying for that. It still seems everyone is quick to bad mouth people and when something goes good and happy they say nothing so that the rest of the bandwagon members don't dislike them. I don't really care. Took care of me and I am happy.

If you still talk to Brad ask him when he is going to pay me the $7k I had to spend to repair the damage he caused to my car. I even asked him to send me $50 a month to help pay for the repairs and I recieved nothing from him except a damaged car.

My total performance kit isn't doing so well. I started having an exhaust leak that gradually got louder and louder. Finally took the headers off and found severe cracks in the passenger side header. #1 tube was off the flange. #3 on its way out also. We rewelded it and put it back on so I could drive it. I'm going to keep the single 76 and have someone locally build me a kit from scratch. I'll get some pics when the headers come off for good.

You should send the kit back and get it warrantied, I am sure it was all a "honest mistake" by them :tard:

as far as headers and whatnot goes, here are the pics of mine after I took them off. and a couple of the other ones I snapped around that time of my awesome total performance install. and of course everyone knows of my fallout with brad there. and maybe someday soon ill scan and post the waiver they made me sign in order to get my car back, that states i cannot hold them liable or sue for the shit job. Headers after i finally got them off. cracked at about 1980 miles. about 1821 of those were driving from chicago to tempe. I got about 5 miles from my destination when the header cracked. the other miles were from me attempting to drive from Total perf back home unsucessfully. boost controller install i dunno what happened here my 600 dollar magna flow hot rod kit reduced to this nice! nice! I wont go through my whole story again. too painful. its in the archives here i think.

For what it is worth, that kid was posting long ago on another forum that he had his car back and it was great. No idea if he was posting the truth or not, after all it is the internet. I do think I was told the car was gone from there by a local though.

But you are right, you never know. either way it was there for what? 3 years? i should ask him though, last time i talked to him was in feb of 04 when he yelled at me about stuff like the brake booster needing to be relocated for install? drug addictions of his, me asking him to take his car out of there etc. upon review, i actually cc'd you part of that convo.

Can't wait to see the next kit from Brad. Maybe he will make some money and be able to fix all the problems from his old kits before he goes out of business again.

Do his kits only crack at the headers? or other places as well? I have one of his SN95 Kits that i bought used still laying around and awaiting install. Nothign seems to be cracked but should i reinforce or reweld certain areas people are having trouble with?

I believe chris went several set of sn95 turbolocity headers before he finally had a set that did not crack up.

Even then his headers still required some attention.
