Put the smaller pulley on and went to the track.
Car is 3550 with me.  Saw 19.2#'s of boost @6400 rpm.
Car went 9.50@143.7.  1.44  60.  Best of all drove
the car home after my friend got a flat and needed
my truck and trailer.

Why is the gas scale jaded?

E-85 is 9.7:1 stoich. All your sensor knows is Lamda and if you recalibrate for E-85 that 11.5 AFR just turns to like 7.5:1.

The sensor does not care..

Exactly. I don't understand why people have such a problem with leaving it calibrated for gas and just using the numbers you are alreay used to.

Here's a nice little toy for us E85 guys. I like to occassionally check my E85 to ensure the gas station isn't selling me crap. This will do it real-time..  http://www.zeitronix.com/Products/ECA/ECA.htm

That is pretty cool.  The only problem I have is the sensor's fuel line input/ouput are too small for my application. The data sheet for the sensor says it's max flow rate is 200 liters/hour.  My fuel system flows almost 800 liters/hour so if I install the sensor in-line it would severely restrict the flow.  Any ideas how to resolve that problem?

What about the return line?

Or create your own sample tube just for the sensor, put in parallel with a fuel source.

I thought about the return line, but even that is too large and the sensor would cause a restriction there causing fuel pressure to creep up due to backpressure in the line.  I guess I could plumb a distribution block into the return line.  The distribution block could have a 1/8" NPT port to feed the inlet to the sensor, and then the outlet from the sensor could be plumbed to a -4 fitting in the top of the cell.

You might have to go to a dual injector setup. Not sure what the 160lbs limits are on E85. Some companies make bigger.

problem will be leaning it out for idle and cruise. call fast but i bet they recomend two sets of 60s.  or 80s at ur power level.
thats the way i was going to go.  way easier when in cruise mode only 8 inj. no need for a stupid rich inj.

I went 5.35/131mph today with my car. I started with 6psi and ended up in third gear with 12 psi.

I ran around 28 deg timing with 12 psi on pump gas... I dont have alot of runs left this year and im wondering a little about timing? Should i stay around my well tuned gasoline timing? Add a bit or decrease?

Lamda then. I tuned it for 0.82. But i guess after reading that its to lean.. I wiill try 0.75 next time and see if i can add some more MPH.

Intake temps. I measure before my Throttlebody and it says 210F right now. How high can it be? I dont run an intercooler.

That is HOT, maybe think about water injection to help cool it off a bit.
