actually 3/8 heavy boys

make sure you get the ones where the flange goes all the way down every port, the other style will warp

decided to change a few things while I'm rewiring the car and installing the epm & coils....

Ordering a JGS50mm wg from Robert1320 today...going to change the location of the wg and make a new DP section off the turbo...

ordered most of the connectors I need to finish up my wiring.. There's  a lot that's coming out of the stock harness...as well as stuff that's going to be added so it may take some time.

How is are your changes going?  Got any pics of where you are putting the coils?

Thanks for the advice on the other thread.  All I need to order now are the EPM and some coils for mine.

Well a lot's been going on even though I haven't updated this in a while.... I've was living in NC for a while, moved back to ct for a bit and am able to do some more to the car.  I've been pretty busy lately so it's been tough to get time to finish the car up... I've been helping Fierofiend ( http://www.theturboforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=100058.0 ) with his build as well..  Both cars should be on the road tomorrow (actually toinght...)  The changes that have been made to my car:

Rewired engine harness
Removed the dist, coil, TFI module, Tial 38mm wg, GM boost solenoid, older style BG headers, Digital 6 box

installed: newer bg headers, JGS 50R WG, fabbed 2" wg pipe into DP, AEM EPM, LS1 Coils, Fabbed coil mounts, wired coils & epm in, rewired gauges, added high/low boost switch, trac control switch, wires ready for meth, ARO boost solenoid, coated the hotside, sonnax servo in the c4.. thats all i can think of off the top of my head.

It's starting to cool down around here...glad i got the car done in time for winter. I'm hoping to get the car going around 13psi or so, get the trac and boost controll working mint..then get the meth on. Once that's set I'll finally swap for the dart setup:)

Can you get a pic that shows the driver's fuel rail and the EPM a little better?  I am worried about clearence.  Is there not enough room to come off the front of the rail with an adapter and 180* hose end?  Looks good, time for a video post.

there's plenty of room... the epm is really small....dia of it is prob like 2.5/3"

Oh there is plenty of room.  That first pic looks like it is another tight area.  Have you got it started yet with the EPM and coils?  Do you have a link to a good right up on wiring in the EPM and the coils to the factory 94/95 harness by chance?  I still have 63 days till I get home and can start to work on mine again.  The AEM, APM and coils are the first on the list of things to do.

Got the car running with the epm and coil packs... Haven't got to iron out everything...as of right now I'm having voltage issues and plan on running a ground wire full length since I dont' have one and the battery is in the trunk.  I'll have the car out this weekend so hopefully I get everything straightened out and can get some vid.

I did notice that the new boost solenoid and jgs wastegate held boost right where I wanted it...unlike the tial 38mm and gm boost solenoid.

It looks like the valve cover gasket might not be aligned right.  You may want to check to be sure it isn't pinched.

well....

it never ends.

This thread is going to come to an end however, as I'm going to be transitioning to my new build.
Today I purchased a PT88 from VS racing that will be feeding a dart 363 with glidden vic heads, custom turbo people solid roller, tfs box intake, lentech aode, a/w intercooler.... stay tuned:)
