Hey 87Saleen209....What kind of problems did yours or someone you know have? What was done to correct it? Mine is an earlier style kit and the downpipe is 3.5 inches. I run a JW thick C4 bellhousing and the DP would fit between the Bellhousing and the firewall. I took a rubber mallet and just tapped it in very slightly. It also had an exhaust leak on a slip joint that is right beneath the Alternator, I put a huge clamp on it but still no fix...I called HP and they said to put little slits in the outer tube to help grip, still no fix.

You have these problems?

I had the same issue. A bit of smooth sanding on both sides really helped but ultimately I used a Magnaflow exhaust band and a piece of header wrap at the joint (under the band) to seal the deal>>>no leak!

may only be spinning one wheel on the burnout buts its gotta be working on the launch to pull a 1.54 60'
