(header flange, turbo inlet/outlet, and wastegate inlet/outlet) are ½”
thick and ground flat prior to welding for a completely leak free joint.
V-band flanges have been incorporated between the headers and cross over
pipe, and between the down pipe and y-pipe to complete a leak free system
that does not rely on gaskets to seal. An industrial flex joint has been
added to the cross over pipe to allow for heat cycle expansion and contraction
to take place without cracking the tubing. This also allows for variations
in engine configurations and manufacturing tolerances of other components
and still ensures a worry free fit. All kits include y-pipe to hook into
H-pipe (not included) using factory style ball sockets, and an oil filter
relocation kit standard. Stainless Steel hot pipes. |

or any similar sounding company. They have ripped off a large number
of people who are still seeking them out in court. There have been
some positive comments on the quality of their 87-95 kits, so if you can
find a used one it might be a good deal. |

| The Single race kit is their most popular
turbo system the design gets away from the log style manifold instead
they use two 1 5/8 stainless header that meet at a y pipe and deliver exhaust
gasses evenly to the turbin housing. The kit can be ordered with any T04
turbo from 60-1 to the 80mm. Prices very from $3995.00 to $5295.00 these
systems will deliver between 500 to 800 rwhp and are sold with out fuel
supply. Comes with all hardware, clamps and hoses for installation. |

| The other single kit is their Thumper kit
which is designed after the single race kit. They used longer stainless headers
and a stainless crossover that meet at the turbo base. Turbochargers included
in the systems go from the 88 mm to the 100 mm. They use a large air to
air intercooler however most the orders are purchased without intercooler.

5.0. The only thing the customer will have to supply is the injectors
and they can make recommendations based on combination.
The kit is engineered from a mechanical aspect that will give better spoolup,
maximize power, and minimize heat in the engine compartment.
The kit has made in excess of 900 hp and has propelled a 100 %
stone stock 1989 LX coupe to
a 11.33 @ 124 mph with no engine mods whatsoever except the turbo kit.

also sent a 1991 GT with heads cam intake(stock bottom, box upper) to

build twin turbo setups using two T3 turbos from an 80's Turbocoupe/Thunderbird
but you can also choose to do a single turbo kit. Build as much power
as you want for a very reasonable price. Most projects come in under
$1000!!!! There is also nobody to curse at when something doesn't fit,

Rusty
can custom build any turbo kit for any car. He will only build
the kit on the car, no mail order stuff. His standard Single Turbo
Fox body kit like the one on my car comes in mild steel or stainless.
He can do any header primary size you want, 2.5" x-over and a 3,
3.5" or 4" downpipe. My car gained 10 mph in the quarter
mile with 2 psi less boost when compared to my old Cartech Kit. The
only thing I changed was the turbo kit and the intercooler, I kept the
same turbo, BOV, and wastegate. Rusty has done 3 other turbo kits
for people I know and they are all extremely pleased.
