Ok well it’s been a while, but we do have some decent progress. We fired the car in September and then I let it sit to get caught up on some work and I was waiting for some parts to come in. I got those parts in and we have been super busy at the shop so my car got put on hold. I finally put everything else on hold and we worked on my car for a week. When we first fired up my car the shim plate was rubbing my fly wheel. My oil drains were wrong, my t stat was leaking, and I had no switch panel, and a lot a of other stuff! I also re did my intake tube and made it fit a little better. Installed my switch panel and started to trying to get everything wired, and working. I’m in the middle of moving my fuel lines now to make room for my exhaust. And I tacked together my x pipe. My plan is to drive it home Saturday from work. We r close. 9009C438-E31B-4C33-BF71-03378CE33CD1.jpeg #ad

Don’t feel bad about the video, I still am having a hard time trying to post a data log!

So… I’m really going to buckle down and try to get this thing track ready by the 1st of the year. I ordered carpet, and a co2 kit from motion race works. I pulled out my good injectors to get redone. I picked up different msd box so I am considering swapping that out soon rather then later. Hopefully by Saturday the fuel lines will be done, and I get a few more electrical issues sorted out. And she will be driving home Saturday!

Little up date I have been plugging away litter by little. Got my exhaust done, got my hood fitted and drilled for 1/4 turn fasteners. Got my windows working super excited about that. Lots of little wiring and programming, on my Holley done. Finally got my Windsheild in also, just waiting on my back hatch and wings to get painted. She is getting close I Evan pulled everything out to start putting carpet back in!

Got a lot done today . Made a plate for the floor. Also Made a access panel I needed to make, it will make my life easy with bell housing bolts! got the carpet in the car and also built a plate for my bump button / sensor power. Another thing I got done are a lot of the inputs and outputs wired. One more item getting smaller is labeling everything. I’ll post some pictures tomorrow. Really happy how everything is coming out. I’m lucky I have a lot of friends who help me get all this stuff done! Oh I almost forgot I got all the fasteners drilled on my hood! I’m hoping to catch the painter while he is painting some other stuff for the car and get the hood hatch and wing all painted. Only the bumper left. I think I have a pretty good idea how I want to build the rear floor. Not sure how quiet it will be but we will see

Very nice, switch box is pretty cool and the exhaust is looking really good. I bet that took longer than anything on the car!

Been really busy at work and a really cool side project I’m excited about being apart of. Hopefully will get to share some of that soon. Did manage to Get my ride height close, hatch painted and kinda on. Got the trans out for a little valve body up date. Got my bump button, trans brake, trans brake override, and dump valve all wired. But still need to test. So here is the tricky part. I’ve decided to take the car to nmra spring break shoot out. I am lucky enough to have a great team but we r extremely backed up at work, at the same time I’m excited about going and all the suck about to start over the next 3 weeks. I guess tomorrow between my side project and work. I need to get the boost controller wired and plumbed, one more sensor wired up, and the transmission back in and one last double check. I think dyno Wednesday. 14E39AC4-7746-4CDF-AEEF-836DC5E854D7.jpeg #ad

I wanted to go to Bradenton this year but since my shop isn't finished yet, it's just not in the cards. I expect videos and lots of pics.

It really isn’t in the cards for me, but I’ve said the last 3 years I was taking that car, so I think I owe it to myself to at least bring the car up there and see what she does. And I live a few hours from that track

Got some done on the car. Finished up wiring my boost controller set up. And started to clean up the wiring under the council. Also taped my wing on to see what she will look like. Also got my transmission back! Going to put it in tomorrow. Oh and the last pictures were of some bull horns I welded up today 1D0958B3-977D-4A3C-955C-C264180E0A0E.jpeg #ad

Didn’t take many pictures today, but got a lot done! Got my center council and dash pretty much back together. We got the line for my boost controller ran, the last of my tail lights wired. Pulled my intake tube out and bead rolled one end. And then prepped and painted it.tomorrow I should be able to get on the lift so the plan is to get it running and then wire in a trans pressure/temp sensor. Check rockers, change plugs, put the car back together, check a shit ton of stuff and program a bunch of stuff for a dyno session on Monday.
