Looks like I am late to the party but why would you not use the stock manifolds instead of the long tubes? This is an honest question, not just shit talking.

Nice welds, clean your metal first and it will get rid of those start point pits, add a little more filler to get the color back down to grey/straw an get a positive build surface (convex instead of concave, less likely to crack under tension and heat cycling).

This is great, looking forward to seeing where it goes!

Looks like a really well equipped shop.

Thanks for the tips, I’m still learning everyday. I’m blessed to have to shop tools I use them more than my dad does, I used the long tubes because I don’t have the stock manifolds anymore, I had a full exhaust I put on 2 years ago

Sweet! Nice to have access to that stuff. Increasing your filler dabs will help the color and build up, it will help you move a little faster too (doesn't look like you are overheating, so not a big deal). One thing that often helps is to listen to music that's got a good rhythm and you are familiar with, sort of like using a metronome to play music. Hmm, maybe I need a metronome for my shop, as if the neighbors don't hate fabrication days enough already.

You are a much better welder/fabricator than I was at any time in my 20's! Maybe even now.

I got the hard mount built and cut out on the plasma table today for the turbo, I cut the 5.0 and 80mm just for something different,it’s heavy I need to support it, I’m worried about the heat transfer to the frame, it’s 8 inches away I’ll see how it works when it gets hot

I have the rogue Fab hd with an air over hydraulic ram. It works great as long as you aren't planning on going over 2". Stores tight because you can pull the side plates off, if you need to do long bends it it's light enough to take outside.
